Why is my Product not live?
There are a couple of reasons why your Products might not be live.
- Your KYC process might not be complete. Please check if you have submitted all your documents for your links to be active.
- If you created an event and the date was in the past, the link might not show up.
- Out of stock: If you had set a quantity for your product in the advanced settings option, the Product link will get inactive as soon as the number is reached.
