Products are not Live

Why is my Product not live?

There are a couple of reasons why your Products might not be live.

  1. Your KYC process might not be complete. Please check if you have submitted all your documents for your links to be active.
  2. If you created an event and the date was in the past, the link might not show up.
  3. Out of stock: If you had set a quantity for your product in the advanced settings option, the Product link will get inactive as soon as the number is reached.
