Enabling the convenience fee option for your online store will allow you to pass on the transaction fee to your customers. This fundamentally means, You get what you charge! You can give your customers the choice to pay via any mode: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, UPI, and NEFT, without any additional cost to your business!
Activation
- To enable convenience fees, login to your Instamojo Merchant Dashboard, and GoTo>Settings>Payment Settings>Convenience fees:
Convenience fees for Store Transactions
- Below list is of the convenience fee that will be charged to your customers, once they purchase any product from your online store:

Convenience fees on Payment Links
- For payment links (irrespective of your store plan), the convenience fee charges will be as shown below:

Note: All the amounts mentioned above are excluding GST of 18% on the fee amount.
